Domaine Mittnacht Freres was founded in 1963 in the famous French winemaking region of Alsace. The third generation of the family are now running the estate, and operating to strict organic and biodynamic principles.
The Cuvee Gyotaku was developed specifically to accompany highly aromatic and spicy Japanese cuisine. It is fresh, crisp and light with refreshing acidity. There is some sweetness but it is beautifully balanced by the acidity and the aromatics of the noble grapes.
