Situated on the edge of Ashdown Forest, the idyllic Sussex village of High Hurstwood is home to Alex Gibbins and her young family.
Inspired by her natural surroundings, Hurstwood Cider was born.
Lightly sparkling Sussex cider made from Sussex and Kent grown dessert apples and bittersweet cider varieties.
A quite complex nose of fresh apple with elderflower notes.
Very light and pleasing like an apple Prosseco but with a little sharpness at the end – extremely well balanced, an excellent and quite elegant drink for a summer’s day.
Well-balanced with a good full mouthfeel.
Long lasting flavour on the palate and a good all-rounder which is easily quaffable.
Suitable for Vegans.
