A Lallier Vintage (Millesimé) is not declared every year and this is a Champagne of exhilarating freshness with toasty and brioche flavours, made from slightly more Pinot Noir than Chardonnay. Straw yellow with fine delightful bubbles. Green apples with a twist of lime on the nose, it follows through to a developed and flavoursome finish.
Champagne Lallier is a small family owned house based in Ay (the village that is also home to Bollinger). All the grapes used in Lallier’s Champagnes are from Grand Cru vineyards, meaning that they are the best possible quality grapes in the whole of the Champagne region.
