Born from a passion for brewing and an uncompromising approach to flavour, Toby and Caroline founded Macclesfield’s award winning Red Willow Brewery in late 2010. Our objective was simply to make the types of beer that we love to drink, big in flavour, well balanced and very drinkable.
Two years ago, we started filling wine barrels with a mixed fermentation Saison.
This release is a blend of a 2 year old white Burgundy barrel, fresh Saison and Cider made with apples from local orchards.
Light and refreshing with a slightly apple tart finish and a hint of oak.
