Sumarroca is one of the largest producers in the Penedes region of Spain.
This Cava Reserva is their entry level Cava. It is made in the traditional method as used in the making of Champagne, and has spent over 20 months ageing on its lees.
It is pale yellow in colour. Very fresh aromas mix the fruit from the base wine with the first pastry notes from the cava’s two years of aging.
Fruity and fresh on the palate with fine, pleasant bubbles that perfectly complement the wine’s structure.
Grape varieties: Macabeo, Xarel-Lo, Parallada and no more than 7% Chardonnay.
