Gin can be made in a few hours, we’ve taken 6 weeks for each small batch.
We start with a fermentation of barley and wheat to create our own base spirit with real, authentic character.
Then we slowly distil this with generous amounts of 16 carefully selected botanicals, extracting flavours both in the copper pot and the botanical basket.
Lastly, we condition and mature the spirit for 3 weeks before bottling.
The result combines the strong juniper character expected of a classic London Dry Gin with vibrant citrus aromas.
