Gin can be made in a few hours, we’ve taken 6 weeks for each small batch.
We start with a fermentation of barley and wheat to create our own base spirit with real, authentic character.
Raspberries, with their sweetly tart flavour and their delicate natural pink pigment, are the perfect choice for our first flavoured gin.
We use plenty of them to produce this sophisticated spirit, both during distillation, along with 15 other complimentary botanicals, then later, as we infuse masses of raspberries in the gin to add layers of flavour and the lovely blush colour.
Serve with a good tonic or lemonade over ice, garnish with fresh raspberries and orange peel.
